All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is specially produced upon request.
Due to the nature of our products, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. After verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Items must not be returned without prior approval.
Shipping delays caused by carriers are not refundable.
